Season 1 Episode 2: Twice the Work

After Joey's first job, Joey pays for his mother's medication as he continues going to his construction job and keeping his normal routine as a cover so nothing looks suspicious. At home he is still there for his family but his behavior changes because he is not yet used to his double life. Frank contacts him again and Joey accepts another job because refusing no longer feels realistic for his family. The second job is to pick up and carry a package, and it confirms he is reliable. It also pulls him closer to Frank’s group.
