Season 1 Episode 5: Two Steps Deep in Glass and Gold

Frank Leto’s group plans a jewelry store robbery and assigns Joey a supporting role which includes communication, while David DeLuca is also part of the crew. Before the job, Frank has to shut down doubts from other members, making it clear Joey is there to be tested under pressure. During the robbery, an unexpected customer enters early, which makes Joey have to quickly adjust communication to prevent the situation from collapsing. David notices Joey’s decisionmaking and they complete the robbery successfully.
