A window frame manufacturer turns out to be disadvantaging his customers on a large scale. While they are left financially exhausted and with unresolved problems, he himself enjoys a luxurious lifestyle. Furthermore, when a car garage repeatedly fails to respond to serious customer complaints, we go to the scene to hold them accountable and demand an explanation.
