Noah Cappe heads to New York for the Long Island Fun Fest and some Empire State eats. Then Noah travels to Fort Pierce, Fla., for the St. Lucie County Fair, where he devours the savory and sweet Loaded Churro Fries. The Strawberry Cheeseshake and the Food Court Megastick send him home happy.
