Now the banks have been ordered to payback customers who were mis-sold this product, claims management companies have stepped in offering to reclaim the money on the behalf of customers. Dom takes on the cases of two people who have had large amounts of money withdrawn from their bank accounts by a claims management company, allegedly against the customer's consent.
