As Marlon, Paddy and Rhona wait nervously for the midwife to arrive, Rhona snaps at Marlon to stop saying everything will be fine. When the midwife finally confirms their fears and reveals that the baby has Down's Syndrome, Rhona gives into the news but Marlon asks for a second test
