Here, the finest quality dry-aged wagyu and other cuts of meat are made and shipped out to restaurants nationwide. After Pat LaFrieda Jr. walked us through the space and dry-aging process, we cooked some delicious steaks right out of a pickup truck in the parking lot. Enjoy!
