Sisters Kristy and Shelly have never owned a property and yet they're certain they can make it in Atlanta's competitive flipping market. Enter realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod. Kristy and Shelly say they're ready to get their hands dirty. But when it turns out they'd rather pay contractors than do the work themselves, Egypt sets them straight with a lesson in sweat equity 101. When the demolition goes further than expected, Kristy and Shelly are left with a gaping hole and lots of questions. Meanwhile, the sisters make some financial decisions that could put the project in reverse.
