Grayson and Russell also choose their favourites from the public submissions to this episode. The Turner Prize-winner also talks to celebrated land artist Andy Goldsworthy, who's been creating art during lockdown on his farm in Scotland, and to Polly Morgan, who is renowned for her artworks that feature taxidermy.
