Kamikaze, who participated in the All-Japan race, tries his best to show his mother how good he is, and ends up seriously injuring the driver without noticing trouble in the car in front of him. Kamikaze is unable to drive as he would like due to the shock, but the doctor still orders him to get on the machine.
