When Tyler invites a famous mentalist, Oz, to his Mercantile open house party, unfortunately no buyer is hypnotized by the apartment itself. Fredrik hosts an open house at Crosby on the coldest day of the year...but afterward, a low-ball offer from Steve leaves him feeling quite frosty.
