Cramped in a tiny condo with newborn twins and a two-year-old daughter, Luke and Courtney are desperate to buy a new house. The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help them find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two huge renovation projects, and Jonathan only has six weeks to complete the job. But the home inspection reveals foundation problems that blast the budget, and knocking down the walls proves to be more difficult than originally planned. Juggling kids and renovations quickly whips the couple into stressed-out zombies. Then Jonathan hits a snag when a centrepiece counter won't fit through the front door.
