Ellis signs the legal document and, while countersigning, Gangadhar's strength wanes and his condition is out in the open. Nelson is unhappy to see Ellis arrive with the legal document proclaiming Jhansi's safety. Everyone offers fervent prayers for Gangadhar's recovery.
