Xia Ling is an ordinary college graduate who, by chance, enters one of the Soul Town Streets, Rakshasa Street. In this street filled with evil spirits, Cao Yanbing, the Soul Guardian of Rakshasa Street, makes a dashing entrance, rescuing the damsel in distress.
