At a press conference prior to the meeting, he admits that Yamato Inc. had previously had links to the yakuza and takes full responsibility. To the stockholders, He announces that all of the members of the board will resign as of this day, and the company will be turned over to the young staff. After the meeting, Kintaro tries to get Yamato to go to the hospital, but he refuses and goes to his office instead...
