Yamada’s nightmarish hospital stay is about to end. With no time to feel relief, the final team of nurses in charge appears before him. It’s the imposing, athletic nurse Ootsuka-chan and the loud, eccentric scientist, Dr. Amamiya. Under Dr. Amamiya’s orders, Ootsuka-chan dutifully carries out Yamada’s semen extraction and sample collection procedure. However, due to her lack of experience, Ootsuka-chan fails to collect the sperm successfully, and an impatient Dr. Amamiya employs her secret technique to extract Yamada’s semen. After analyzing the sample, Dr. Amamiya, thrilled by the discovery of an unprecedented disease, brings Yamada to her laboratory, planning with Ootsuka-chan to collect even more sperm samples… Yamada’s nightmare is far from over! “5-9-6-3!
