Ben continues to wrestle with his unresolved feelings for Gina, still reluctant to give up his relationship for his daughter. Rayyan's cukur rambut ceremony ends on a sour note when Salmah receives a hostile message from Hassan, asking why he was not invited to the ceremony. Meanwhile, Chris and Arjun head out for drinks and Arjun tries his hand at chatting up a woman at the bar after being goaded by Chris. Jay tries to convince Kwong San to come clean with the rest of the family about his financial losses, telling him that the only way they will get through this period is if they stand united as a family.
