Randy is approached by a potential buyer who is looking for a coastal-themed vacation home. Randy works to bring the beach to North Texas, but the two-bedroom renovation isn't all smooth sailing. Meanwhile, Donna and Toni get more than they bargained for when they find an unexpected critter living in their newly purchased ranch home.
