Marco's confession overwhelms Virginia, who accepts the internship to get away. Giulio realizes the crisis is brewing when Carlo reveals the truth about Milan: he rushes to his son and entrusts the business to Carlo and Livia, with Adriano's help. A financial police audit forces a painful choice between friendship and the winery. Walter approaches Virginia to apologize and confess his feelings; Marco goes to her to clarify, but finds them in the same room. Exhausted, Giulio considers selling and closing down.
