The daughter of a Secondigliano Camorra boss is found dead. Her distraught father refuses police help and seeks revenge. The investigation leads to the Professor, Luigi Profeta's cousin. Fearing his involvement, the boss blackmails Sorrentino with a compromising video: he must protect his family or lose everything. A Camorra war erupts in the neighborhood, and Profeta's son is injured. Ricci proposes a truce, while Vitale plans the boss's arrest and tries to protect Sorrentino, but is forced to reveal the truth about Ciro De Rosa. During the conference held to mark the six-month anniversary of the police station, Vicky discovers something shocking.
