At the police station, an internal investigation into Silla for the death of an innocent man is opened, while the team supports him. Meanwhile, the garbage crisis, linked to the Profeta clan, is being investigated, while Battiston and Sciacca investigate a pedophilia case. A new member joins the Spaccanapoli police team: Bianca Savarese, Lele's sister.
