Fromis_9 must practice the choreography for “Stay This Way” while trying to avoid being caught by their instructor. Whenever the instructor arrives, they must quickly return to their beds and pretend to be asleep. If a member is caught, she receives a “punishment.” If at least one member manages to complete the choreography from beginning to end, even alone, the group passes the challenge and earns a nap.
