It's "Shoot Fight Rules" where the winner is determined by knockout or submission, as Taz goes one on one with Mauy Tai boxing specialist Jason Helton. Tommy Dreamer & The Pitbulls take on Brian Lee & The Harris Brothers in a "falls count anywhere elimination" match.
